How do I wash microfiber cloths and duster heads?

Machine wash warm with a little detergent, no fabric softener or bleach, and tumble dry low or air-dry. Softener coats the fibres and stops them absorbing.

Will adhesive shelves and hooks damage my tiles?

The adhesive mounts are designed for smooth, non-porous surfaces such as glazed tile, glass and metal. Clean and dry the spot first, press firmly and wait 24 hours before loading.

How do I know a shelf or rack will fit my cupboard?

Every listing gives the exact dimensions, and expandable pieces show their minimum and maximum length. Measure the inside of the space before ordering.

Are your products new?

Yes. Everything we sell is brand new and ships in its original packaging. We do not offer gift wrapping.

What does shipping cost?

Nothing. Standard shipping is free on every order to all 50 states, with no minimum. We do not offer express or international shipping.

When will my order arrive?

We process orders within 0-1 business days and standard delivery takes 2-3 business days. You receive a tracking number by email as soon as the parcel is dispatched.

Can I return something?

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for manufacturing defects, transit damage or a wrong item, and we pay the return shipping. We cannot accept change-of-mind returns. Transit damage must be reported within 72 hours with photos; refunds reach your original payment method within 3-7 business days after inspection.

Is paying on your site safe?

Checkout is SSL-encrypted and PCI-DSS compliant, and we never store your card details.
